Coker-Equipped Rides from the NSRA Street Rod Nationals South

We recently had the opportunity to make the short drive to Chilhowee Park in Knoxville, Tennessee for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals South. The venue is perfect for a rod run, and we always enjoy the variety of cars. This year, we spotted some fresh builds and LOTS of classic trucks mixed in with the traditional street rods. The weather hindered the turnout, but it was a great weekend of street rods, customs, muscle cars and more. Of course, we saw a bunch of cars and trucks rolling on Coker Tire products, so we snapped pictures as we made our way around the show. Check out our favorite Coker-equipped vehicles from the show. When the Jeepster debuted, it was a more comfortable approach, compared to the normal Jeep platform. This one looks super cool with a lowered stance, matched with red steelies and Coker Classic wide whitewall tires. We've seen it all over the Southeast, and we snap a picture of it every time we see it. The stance is perfect, and yes those are Firestones wrapped around original Ford wires. [/caption] [caption id="attachment_9111" align="alignleft" width="780"] We love the Rocket Wheels and Excelsior radials on this Brookville roadster pickup. [/caption] [caption id="attachment_9100" align="alignleft" width="780"] With BFG wide whitewall radials and Lancer caps, this Shoebox Ford custom is elegant and cool. The chopped top with leaned B-pillars and Pontiac style side trim add to the traditional custom styling.[/caption] [caption id="attachment_9105" align="alignleft" width="780"] The '50s styling of this 1932 Ford three-window coupe is just perfect. The full fendered coupe has an early small block Chevy under the hood, and we're loving the color combo. It rolls on BFG radials with steel wheels and Mercury caps.
