I see the 28/9/15 is the 704 compound. Is the the hard compound? Also is this stiff sidewall? Finally will this work good with a hard hitting high winding sbc/ stick shift combo? Thanks

These are made in the #704 hard compound with a wrinkle wall. Hard compound tires are a good option for a stick shift car application!
