I have a 1961 corvette need a 21/4 inch white wall tire 4 tires , the existing tire is a 670 -15 inch tire with 5 inch rims how do I order the new radials and guarantee to fit

I just got my Hemmings 11-17 and it shows a Rebate on Coker Classic with a web page to go to but neither show up. Is this still good? How do I take advantage of it?
