This is an authentic U.S. Royal 2 1/4 inch whitewall 560-15 tire. The 5.60-15 tire size was used extensively in the fifties and sixties on import automobiles. Volkswagen, MG, Alfa Romeo, Sunbeam, even Porsche used this tire size on certain models. This tire features authentic tread and sidewall styling and a bold 2.25 inch wide whitewall. These classic tires are made in the USA in the original molds and backed by our life of the tread warranty. US Royal tires were original equipment on many autos from WWII until the 1960's. Please note that dimensions listed tread width, section width and overall diameter are non-scientific and based on an inflated tire, mounted on a wheel.
